Would the male regular USB to male regular USB be included? That way, a simple fenale-female plug could handle if you wanted to plug something in to the calc.

I think that a cable to convert it should be included, but a standard usb would bloat the calculator unnecessarily.

@graphmastur
That's exactly what the 84+ has, an OTG port. An OTG port supports A and B
If we only have one usb, there's no point in going full size if we need a special cable. Might as well go mini for that. Plus, A to A cables are a bad idea, because people will try to plug two computers together, which could kill both USB ports with shorting. We could always have two, one mini-a, one full size, just for convenience.

If you're going to go OTG, will it be a miniUSB or microUSB port?
The miniUSB port is officially deprecated, but the microUSB cables are considerably more expensive (and I have yet to find a microA to A cable at a reasonable price).

Mini USB, afaik, is NOT deprecated. Maybe the standards say so, but pretty much all of the new cameras use that, plus some other USB peripherals.

Microusb OTG ports fit both micro-A and B, so why not get a male micro-a to male micro-b?

As long as we make sure to not use stuff that will be phased out the year after, I guess it should be fine. It would suck if for example we used mini-USB then it became impossible to find mini USB calbes in stores anymore or if Windows stopped supporting this format.

Well, there are micro-B to A cables, like the one that comes with the 84+(SE), and neither Windows nor any other OS could tell whether the other end was mini-B, micro-B, or B. As for the cables possibly becoming deprecated, there's not much we can do there. IMO, though, the normal A and B female sockets are just too large for a calc.
