Graviter art
« on: January 14, 2011, 01:13:32 am »
Hey guys, I'm asking because I think you guys can do a better job than I can.

I need a 5 px by 3 px button that looks rectangularish. I'm using the one from portal x except i don't want to rip off them so I'll rip off somebody else xD

I also need a title screen that covers the full 96 by 64 pixels on the screen. It needs to have "Play," "Load," and "Exit," but besides that it can have anything.

The Graviter project is in the Calc-related projects section if you need to figure out what it's about.

Thanks in advance!

feel free to use the PortalX button design :) I really don't think a combination of 15 pixels is much to gripe about ;D  but if you are looking for others, may I ask how far down the button is pressed when it is stood on?  Does the button look different when it is being pressed?

The button is exactly like yours - it goes down one line when pressed. Thanks for letting me use it by the way :P I'll definetely credit you.
The button goes down from 3x5 to 2x5 and yes, it looks different when pressed.

Ver nice. I might use this, but I had a more - rectangular? like more "futuristic" concept in mind. I'll think about it, but thanks anyways :D

BMTube has become my font of choice, even though it's an incredibly long (width-wised) font. GRAVITER is in BMTube but scaled by GIMP, converted to monochrome (gimp's interpolation made it colorful grayscale) and then touched up by hand. about 15 minutes, maybe, to make

Darn, these look great! I didn't know so many of you would reply, and thanks to you all. I think I'll go with Nemo's but I didn't check out ScoutDavid's yet. This is probably a dumb question, but how do you convert a png to .8xi and use it in an axe program? Thanks in advance.
