« on: April 26, 2011, 03:01:28 am »
Can somebody help me convert this to a 4-level greyscale 96x64 image and post the 2 768 byte hex values here? Thanks in advance :)

Methinks I recognize the font :D Note that the original font was not mine however, although I'm sure there will be no trouble using it.  I unfortunately don't have the software to convert it, so i will merely leave you with that looks like an awesome title screen! :D

Hmm you might want to save it as GIF then use SourceCoder, although I'm unsure if the JPG compression might be an issue. Maybe SourceCoder can do it directly, though.

On a side note that looks awesome, but I hope it doesn't mean the demise of Graviter and TMJO :(

Graviter is being worked on by phenomist, and I'm rewriting the tilemapper in TMJO to be more like that in motherload, using horiz and vert to make it go faster. Thats part of the reason im making this, to develop a new tilemapper that will run in 3 and 4 mode greyscale at a decent speed.

DJ_O already mentioned how to do it; just use sourcecoder.

I like that Kerm added the Prizm graphics :)

PS: The attachment is so that you can upload it to Sourcecoder yourself and see the other options available.

Ah awesome :) I was trying to mash it into TokensIDE, but it only gave me b/w >.< This sourcecoder seems fairly interesting.
Sorry, I didn't see that bit of the sourcecoder post in DJ_O's reply, I was half asleep :P

Hmm was your JPG saved at 100% quality? I am unsure if SC produces the right kind of file otherwise.

Someone could maybe try to produce a 8xp, but it might be something worth reporting to Kerm in case other people run into the problem.

SourceCoder doesn't accept JPG at all, only GIF, PNG, or BMP. It exports as .8xi (Pic file).
