Comment on them please, I want to know how to make them better if I can. The first one (the shakugan no shana one) is my personal favorite

Wow! I really like the first one!
good job! I will never be able to draw like that in my life.
The 6th one (zelda Sig flattened final.jpg) i think has a bit big eyes for her face, but still looks good.

Money = sqrt(Evil) (Money is also the root of all evil)
Girls = sqrt(Evil) squared (So, girls are the root of all evil squared)
Girls = Evil (Thus, girls are evil)

Thank you, I made these with paint.net. yeah, I agree for the eyes on the last one. I'll be able to upload new pictures to this site at any time, but I'll usually announce when I am updating it.

Darn, that's amazing! Did you draw everything yourself from scratch, because that's totally epic! You have a lot of skills!
I hope you make more
(I am also glad someone revived the pixel art/drawing subforum, it was getting kinda dead in there

I didn't draw most of the sigs, like the first one was a render from:
http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/403258
then I got a couple of background pics from:
http://planetrenders.net/renders/thumbnails.php?album=search&cat=0&page=1
and used this tutorial:
http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32277
. Also thank you, and I plan to make many more
Edit: that was only the shakugan no shana one, I used a different tutorial for the rest, but don't remember the link

Cool, cuz the edits and stuff looks really well done. I haven't done a lot of image editing, I usually do fractals and abstract stuff using old pics from mine (including other fractals). Example is the 3 Omnimaga backgrounds on each skins. I also did stuff like the new banner but that's about it. I'm glad to see more artists aboard

made another one, it should appear as the first one, but if not it's called "ShankuganNoShanaSig2JPEG". this one didn't turn out exactly as I would have liked, but I felt it was still good enough to put up, I might redo later. give feedback

I can't view the img
Could you host them on Imageshack, Mediafire or something? You could even upload them in posts

sorry, the thing I'm using takes files directly from my desktop. I was afraid that would happen when my computer isn't on, I'll look for a different hosting software.
March 31, 2010: finished another sig, this one is of Kazumi-san, from the same series as the shakugan no shana sigs

The only thing I have to say is that sigs usually aren't so big. (at least, not so tall)
They're really good pictures, but they aren't really practical sigs.
If you're going for making sigs, then it's best to pick a reasonable size (usually wider than tall) and stick with it throughout.
If you're going for something else or sigs of that style are okay on another forum you go to, then I'm sorry but just thought I'd point it out.
Also, it's pretty cool to see that Paint.NET isn't useless. I used it awhile back and couldn't understand it. (Photoshop just makes more sense to me.)

yeah, I guess they aren't really sigs, most of them are good profile pictures though, with some scaling that is. ussually I make them really big to begin with (or whatever size they come as) then scale them down if I want them, or if I only want a portion of them. I'm looking for some that will work wider than they are tall.

actually sigs are generally 500x150 in size. That's the largest most forums with sig rules allow. Some other forums, however, limits sigs to one image of 40 or 80 pixels high, though.

These are kind of large for signature images. Generally, the guidelines I've seen on various forums are:
- 468x60 (full-banner)
- 234x60 (half-banner)
- 200x40 (Japanese banner)
- 120x90 (large button)
- 120x60 (medium button)
- 88x31 (small button)
Incidentally, these are also standard of banner ads founds in webpages. They're fairly good guidelines, since they're not too instrusive or large, and they allow for good filesizes with standard compression.

I tend to let the max be 500x200 myself. It's that way on a lot of the forums I went to in my youth so I stick with it.
All of my signatures I make now are 300x100 now. It's just the size I chose and stick to.
