If I have a 96x64 image on my computer, how can I get either:

A: the hex

B: a full 96x64 TIOS picture file

Thanks in advance :)

You can get both with SourceCoder (since it converts images too now).

The image has to be GIF, PNG, or BMP, though.

Write a program for it.  Unless you use some program (Which is slipping my mind right now. Something about Grayscale) that converts it for you.  I don't think TI's program does the 64th row.

Or I could just get ninja'd.

Yep, Tokens can convert image files too.

For online stuff, I like SourceCoder because it converts image files to 8XI and also shows you the binary and hex for the pic, which you can just copy-and-paste straight into an editor. It doesn't accept JPG files, but there's http://ti.zewaren.net/en/83i-8xi-creator.php for those. This one seems to mess up the last column, though (not the last row, the last column).

That looks awesome! Ever try finding the hex of a grayscale full-screen image by hand? ;D

It is indeed 3lvl: although I told photoshop to make it 4, it came up with this. That's fine with me though; I assume it will save me a couple bytes or something not having to use 4 lvl gray

Heh, it looks good enough. Plus, the grays'll be better on-calc with only three shades. Good mistake

[OFFTOPIC]Great Image[/OFFTOPIC]
Indeed ^^

Back then  I used Image Studio, but it truncated the last column, for some reasons, even if TI supported it. Not sure why the author of Image Studio did that....

TI-Connect also converts image, but it strips the last row instead...
