Wow I love them, especially the bowser one.

I got some sprites I allow other people to use if they give me credits or give credits to the company that made them (some are mine, while others are rips/coversions) in another thread. They were used in ROL3 and Reuben Quest

One word: DITHERING.

Even the most basic pattern of dithering makes the difference.

Yeah, that's something I stink at, which is why I prefer small sprites or ones with lots of detail.
besides, these' are for other's to use and edit anyways.

Note, that was rude and unnecessary, and could have been said in a nicer way. Everyone has to start somewhere and I feel his sprites are nice as they are

Rude and unnecessary? How? o.o
I'm not seeing the attitude in the post here.
Please point it out.

EDIT: I'm not bashing his sprites or anything of the sort. I simply suggested that he should dither some of his sprites.

There was nothing positive said about the sprites in the first post (altough at least there was constructive cricitism), and you yelled at him in the word "dithering" (written in all caps/bold)

That's yelling? -_-
I'm sorry, DJ, but neither me or my mother (whom I brought over to look at the post) thought that the word DITHERING meant any malicious intent in its execution.
Perhaps a misinterpretation on your part?

the word dithering itself did not meant anything wrong. I meant the way it was written. Writing in all caps can be considered as yelling.

i remember DJ once telling me that french people take all caps as yelling over the internet, it's probably the way DJ has been influenced due to his background. i guess it's one of those "now you know" things. regardless, nice sprite work. i like the bowser one especially.

Huh, well seeing as it's just random sprites, I guess I'll post here from time to time whenever I get bored and have a few minutes to draw something up.

First one, a slime, one of the coolest guys from the Dragon Quest/Warrior series.  ;)

EDIT:I just realized it looks almost exactly like the metaly's.   :P
