i believe he means that he has the sprite facing up, down, left, and right but now he needs ones that point up-right, up-left, down-right, and down-left.

Hi, I need a directional sprite that is 8x8 and looks similar to this
Any help would be great! Thanks!
not possible, that shape can't be made diagonal with a 8X8 as it is essentialy a box and a angled 8X8 box take 16X16, heres a solution/replacement though

i dont think it will fit in 8x8, as in diagonal the sprite takes more than just a 8x8 square space.
EDIT you could base your horizontal/vetical sprite on Megasquatch diagonal one tho

if you can't find anyone who can do the diagonals, here is a different set.
the diagonals are 9x9

I shrinked them down a bit so they fit in a 8x8 square when at 45

Request:
8x8, cardinal sprites of:
A Hobbit, an Elf, a Man, a Dwarf, and a Wizard.
... that is painfully obvious.

Just a bit. I'll see what I can do.
EDIT: I'm normally against this, but I would recommend 16x16 sprites, as the differences between the Elf and man, and the dwarf and hobbit are not very good.

Hm. Well, I suppose 16x16 would work - although the maps would be six tiles by four instead of twelve-by-eight... arg. Not too efficient for map drawing. Can you post what you have?

Yeah, I re-worked the Dwarf so he's different then the Hobbit. Not to good I'm afraid.

*types them onto calc*
Well, definitely better than what I had previously, which was just 8x8 head sprites.
I do appreciate it.
