My projects haven't been worked on in a while, so they're all on hiatus for the time being. I do hope to eventually return to them in some form or another...

My big personal project, an original RPG about dimensional travel and a few heroes tasked with saving the world.
Coding-wise, on hold, but I am re-working the story.

I will be combining Blur and Collision Course into a single gamepack. On hold.

ah ok. Let us know if you do. I am curious about the speed of various functions.

Hopefully maybe I might be able to check later, when my Prizm arrives via the mail.

I was a little dissapointed by Prizm Basic. Pure math wise it is a little faster than the 83/84, but any screen drawing is very slow. The locate command is actually slower than than output by about 25%. The f line and vertical/horizontal commands are also slow, but the worst is pixel drawing. Just to draw a pixel line across the screen took me over a minute. Its not all bad though. There are many advanced string manipulation commands avaible such as all caps/lowercase, but I'm not sure how useful they will be. Probally the best feature though is the Prizm's ability to convert programs into txt files and txt into programs.

List of stuff I need to do before September:
1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development)
2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development)
3. Create a partial Java virtual machine  for the Prizm (not started)
4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase)
5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress)
6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started)
7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

Ouch. I hope when the calc is overclocked that it runs at decent speed. Maybe someone could write a custom interpreter, though, or port Axe or a similar language to the calc. Let's just hope Prizm BASIC isn't as slow as AFX BASIC, though. O.O (20 times slower than the 9860G and the 83+ and twice slower than the old CFX series and FX-9750G+) Otherwise, if we don't find out how to crack the calc, we'll be stuck with another Nspire (well, less limited in programming, but less efficient in it)

What we're mostly trying to read right now is (I think) the OS, which is probably going to be released in the form of an OS update by Casio later. However, this doesn't change the fact that it's copyrighted code that we may end up in trouble with.
