Does anyone have a flash file(.fls) of OS 02.09?

You know,CASIO has put out an OS---version 02.09.The new OS supports power display(cool! 8)) and examination mode(like TI).But this update only supports USB POWER GRAPHIC 2(SH4).Bad news for SH3 users! :(
Now,I'm trying to install this OS on my fx-9750GII(SH4),but I can't find the flash file,and I don't have a fx-9860GII to use fxRemote to backup its new OS.
If anyone has a fx-9860GII ,I hope you can update your calculator to OS02.09,then use fxRemote to backup its OS.If you have the flash file,please send it to me.
