Okay, Josjuice brought up an error that Prizmwiki was returning database errors. As it turns out, the database cache was pretty much fried. The problem has been fixed.

Yes, it's down for good. That address in particular was a feature of the former hosting provider and it's no longer available (unless someone wants to tell me how to set it up?).

EDIT: .co.cc is indeed in Wikipedia's blacklist, you might want to ask to remove it by saying there's legit websites there.

Search for "\b.co\.cc\b".

So yeah, you might ask to either remove .co.cc from the blacklist, or, if this fails, ask to whitelist prizmwiki.co.cc.

wait, did it just give a full database user and password??? Isn't that kinda bad if the permissions aren't set up just right?
