it works the same way with the errors before it does show in chrome, but has really weird refreshing flickers that look horrible, and still does not allow me to post in IRC.

hm... no idea, some really bad wireless thing from a modem, just one step up from Dialup

Yea, but these problems might be caused by two different versions of OmnomIRC loading at once.

Do you know the name of the company that provides your internet?

DSL? Hmm. I doubt it's router caching problems, then. I have a DSL connection and it transitioned fine, and believe me, they won't give you a fancy router/modem for a cheap DSL connection.

Maybe try another browser? i.e. chrome, FF, IE, opera, and see if it works in them.

I think his ISP might be caching it somewhere down the line. You don't have any internet accelerators or anything installed, do you?

Good point, but I seriously doubt the ISP would do that. Caching creates many issues for both clients and Admins.

I run a virus scan every week, I ran one today and I found nothing

But, if it would be possible to get an old version of OmnomIRC for me (like about a week old) that would be superb
