The game engine, which is the brunt of what free time I have right now, will probably be used for more than just Lorn and Combat Ball. I have a number of ideas for games that could be made one the engine fairly simply, some of which would require relatively little art and take perhaps a few hours total to make, while others would require quite a bit of effort. Until I put up info for the games themselves, I'll put any such materials in here.
-sprite/tile tess for a contest I might enter

well, in recent news i have been slowly moving all my files from my laptop to my vista per my my laptop's usb no-longer working, and its screen dying (using an external monitor). Sufice it to say I am not getting much done till I can transfer everything. While I keep hoping to be to be more active, crap like this keeps coming up. For some more possitive news I did get a major portion of my level editor working (allowing me to resize the corners of objects I add to the work area.) Hopefully I will have something to talk about soon.

I hope you don,t lose anything. Laptops tend to break pretty often especially when used a lot. I hope to see more progress though

i also liked what he posted on IRC, altough Idk if I am allowed to share here. But it was quite shocking and I would wish the game actually had this O.o

Well, work continues on the editor for this. I starting to hit a brick wall with trying to get certain things to work due to me cutting corners earlier, so I am going to be doing a major code clean up. In my defense, game maker is not well designed for the sorts of things I am trying to make it do (complex code development), but anyways, I figure I might as well show you what the editor I have no plans to release looks like.
Oh, and I just found out you can overload scripts in gml which makes me very happy...its not as good as having constructors, but meh

ooooh interesting, I also hope you can get around the bugs in the other project that cause the game to not run on most computers
