It looks nice. I kinda like the arms how they are now but it would depend on how the animation looks like with the original look.

new update, I moved the arms down, cleaned it up a little bit, and thinned him down. I also lowered the head

sorry for the fairly large delay but here is the running forward animation. I decided to keep his arms still for running this time instead of swinging

That looks really cool. The stiff arms just look a little odd to me. But I don't know if the swinging that was happening before would fix it. But it does look good

Nice, but yeah I think the arms should maybe swing. It's up to you, though.
