Lol, that's funny crzybl.
So far I've yet to experience an overheat and I've been playing oblivion for hours on end with high settings and no trouble. Playing this game is like reading a friggin' book.
So hard to put down...

I have a sidewinder precision pro joystick and an air-flo joypad.
Sidewinder I got when I was like... 10 years old. Hehe, it's an old joystick, and it
still
pwns most of my friends'. It came bundled with MS Flight Simulator '98. :> I use it for flight simulators, and when you have to fly an airplane or helicoptor in an fps.
Joypad I got for the emulated gamez I have. N64, SNES, NES, GBA, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Neo Geo, anything in MAME, etc. etc. the list goes on and on. I can play pretty much any system that came out before the ps2.
@cryzbl: NOOOOOOO do NOT buy a logitech! They
always
break. All my brothers and sisters have joypads too, and they went logitech. They must have gone through almost 5 each. I'm still on my 1st airflo. logitechs are eeeevvvviiiillll. I used to have a logitech headset, and guess what? It broke within 2 weeks. We used to have logitech speakers on one of our computers- guess what? They broke.
Oh, and make sure to buy the extended warranty on whatever one you get, just in case. (only $5- I know best buy has this, don't know about other stores)

I have never used a Logitech joystick, so I cannot comment on them.
But, Logitech makes the best trackballs that are very durable. The best way to game is via the keyboard and the Marble Mouse baby!

I agree with you concerning most trackballs. I hate thumb trackballs!
Most trackballs are intended for your thumb. However, the Marble Mouse (above) utilizes your fingers. Very nice... Very accurate!!

REALLY???!! I like trackballs... the thumb ones... I don't think I could do that weird finger one there. O_O It seems too much like a touchpad and I loath touchpads.
@cryzbl: pj64 of course.
There is no other worth mentioning. pj64 v1.6 is a perfect and flawless emulation of the n64 as far as I can tell yet. I have not come across a game that had any errors. 1.5 still had some graphical issues on a few games, but 1.6 is excellent.

i better upgrade. i have a LOT of games i cant play with 1.5. what drivers do you use?
that air flo is a little over the top for me. it seems rather big, and i dont really care for controllers with fans in them. isnt cheap either...
i had a thumb trackball, or R.A.T. wasnt very accurate though.

pj64 doesnt run Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, I tried at least 3-4 different roms of this game and it never started up at all

@cryzbl: it's only $25
No rumble though, but it has this silly fan thing that keeps your hands un-sweaty and it seems to be fairly durable. It's been banged around a lot and it still works good as new.
@xlibman: I have never heard of that game. o.o
However I shall go
[*boink*]
and see.
