Hmm, so far as I know, there is no such thing as 4 GTXs in SLI, nvidia only has a 2-card thing. ATI recently made

work and they say they are workin' on 4-way.

o.o
that's insane! where would you get a case that big??? and so much cooling!!!
does it really perform better than a single better card? i guess it's the best if you put in 3 of the best cards, but 8800 Ultra still pwns the HD2900 right?
maybe i'm too used to low resolutions and settings XP

Yeh, it pretty much doubles your graphics capability, esp. with games that can be optimised for 2+ cards.
http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php?card1=515&card2=518
As you can see, an 8800 ultra easily beats a radeon hd2900, but you have to remember they are not exactly in the same tier. A better comparison would be the 8800GTS 640MB with the hd2900 as they are similar in price. ATI did not make a top level graphics card this time around... most people don't have $700+ to spend on a graphics card after all.
I can't stand low resolutions any more, console games really irk me when they aren't on HD tvs, and even then it doesn't nearly compare with PC graphics. 1680*1050+ ftw!
The case in that pic is obviously modded. As for size, I'm pretty sure my mid-tower could fit 3 graphics cards w/out too much trouble. Granted, it's a very large mid-tower... just small enough not to be considered full methinks. I do know a lot of people with full-tower rigs though.

hmm, I would love that. but sadly, that won't fit in my Micro-ATX case.
I have checked though, and the 8800 GTS should fit.

I got me a Logitech G11 Gaming Keybard that's great!
also, I worked 31 hours last week, and my grand parents are giving me $100 on Friday, so I might be able to get an 8800GTS 320MB card.

Oh good, BFG is a good manufacturer. They usually OC the stock settings on their cards a little bit too. =)
