Screen contents cut off

Right now the contents on my screen is cut off to the right. I am using 2048x1152, the recommended resolution for the monitor, and I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?

The screen probably has some kind of menu that you can access using buttons that are on it. There's an option to change where the image is displayed.
