I think this poll is pretty pointless considering how many SNES games there are. It might as well be removed lol.
As for Bomberman personally I am not a big fan of the early games, though. I prefer Bomberman 64 (1997) and to a lesser extent Bomberman Hero where you can actually explore big stages like in Mario series rather than being stuck in small arena-type stages.

bomberman sucked for single player campaigns (well, it wasn't bad, but that wasn't a big draw). however, the super bomberman series is arguably the best multiplayer arcade game ever made. it integrates 4 players wonderfully on a single screen (the only other game that comes to mind that manages that is super smash bros); it's simple enough for anyone to pick up, but at the same time has enough variation between levels and powerups to have plenty of room for skill and strategy development; and it just looks and feels fantastic (the cartoony characters, explosions, snappy controls, and upbeat music fit together beautifully). my brothers and other friends used to hold tournaments and play for hours on end, and i still never get bored of it.

Yeah the multiplayer was kinda nice. In single player though I definitively prefered games like Super Mario 64 with larger levels.
That reminds me, I wonder if there are any other Bomberman games that features platform levels like Bomberman 64 and Hero? That would kinda be off-topic, though lol.

DJ_O, most of the enemies never regenerated at all, since they were tied to unlockable gate-thingies. There were a few that regenerated, but that was maybe 2 out of 100 in a dungeon.

Actraiser 1 and 2 are kinda nice games as well, by the way. Of course there are heavy references to religion in the game and parts of it were censored in North America due to Nintendo's content policies and possible controversies, but the games by themselves are fun to play and that's what matters the most. The sequel removes the town building part seen in ActRaiser 1, but some people might like it better if they found the first too confusing or complicated to play.
Soul Blazer is nice as well. It's part of the Soul Blazer trilogy, which includes Illusion of Gaia/Time and Terranigma. Since all those games were made by Quintet the Soul Blazer game has some elements from ActRaiser like building towns.

That is one of my favorite SNES games as well, my Grandma's friend has a SNES and I used to be able to play on it.

I always felt that the SNES had the 2nd best game selection behind the Playstation 1. Of course newer consoles are awesome as well, but the SNES had so many kind of games and a wide variety of titles available per genre, same for PS1. Granted, SNES games were shorter in general, but they seemed to have some kind of charm, especially RPGs. Sega Genesis wasn't too far behind, but there were fewer platformers and RPGs in general, so the variety was smaller. Xbox 360 has a wide variety of genres as well, even more than the SNES, but several games are low quality focusing only on graphics and in many cases the characters in games like RPGs seems less emotional and the overall feeling is always dark, while on older consoles there was sometimes humor. The PS2 has a wide variety of games as well, but the library seemed smaller in general than the PS1. NES had many games of all genres, but a lot of them were obscure crappy games, so you had to be careful when buying games (you couldn't be wrong with Mario, of course
).
I also dislike how a lot of games like RPGs abuse opera and orchestral movie music for boss battles and danger scenes. At least in old games you had boss music like this more often:

Secret of Mana, hands down. If you haven't played it, go play it now. I didn't know while I was playing it, but the girl can be controlled by another player so you have a multiplayer RPG on the SNES!

Yeah my bro has it since 2001 (although i played it in 1995 for the first time) and I always kept telling him to never sell it at Microplay/EBGames/etc lol, but now he knows how hard to find and expensive that stuff is so he is keeping it lol.
Also fun fact: It's one of the few SNES games to support more than two players (assuming you buy the adapter).
Another nice game is Cybernator and Metal Warriors is awesome as well, but the latter is like $200+ on Ebay
(which is quite shocking considering I got Cybernator for $7). Late SNES games tends to be expensive because they were produced in smaller quantities (since the SNES EOL was near).
Also the Turrican series, although for some reasons the music in the 1st Super Turrican game seemed WAY better than in the other two.
