Split screen is a bit annoying when you have a small TV, though. Otherwise it's great. I like playing games with friends, though, because it's easier to plan stuff. When you play with random people, sometimes they may all have a different strategy in mind. In Starcraft II, you can decide "Ok, 2 zergs and 1 protoss. Let's rush them hard!" or "Ok, I'm going air, mass zerglings and you get hydras/roaches", while when playing with random people, you have to plan after game started, which is slow and sometimes someone will just do what he wants. In team games, it's not just skills that matters, it's team work. Also I heard that Black Ops online gaming is epic.
