So, I've recently gotten the game eliminate for my iPod touch, and I was wondering if there are any other players out there, we could play if there are :D

Nah I will not, I just can't afford it right now since I am saving for both a new PC and for moving to another appartment next year, plus I would kinda like to get a PSP eventually (not the new one, too expensive). Also I'm not really the kind of person to read text on tiny screen. Heck, I always wished they made something for the DS/PSP like the Super Game Boy for the Super Nintendo or the Gameboy Player for the GC that allowed you to play GB games on your SNES, thus, the big screen TV (altough DS would be half as small since it would need to fit two screens in the TV)

I also think there are way too many handleds, gimmicks, consoles and games now. They took a huge risk again with the recession. Had the recession been worse, I think we would have seen a partial repeat of what happened in 1983. I alerady see something happening with video games themselves. At EBGames stores there are always huge bins of Xbox and PS2 games for between $2 and $5, some for $10 and there are even Xbox 360 and wii games for $5 too sometimes. A new trend I see happening with brand new games in other stores is two Wii games bundled into one plastic package along with another gadget for like $20.

ah ok, well you can actually zoom in on most things, and the text size isnt that bad, but that's fine, I would like a PSP too, but I'm ok with my iPod.

But yeah if I got a PSP I would probably not even use it for browsing except if I am in the city bus or if my PC breaks. Don't you need to modify its hardware to do so anyway?

Nope, I only got a 360 in terms of online consoles :(. Issue is that I kinda prefer RPGs like Star Ocean and FF and pretty much none of these came out for the PS3, not to mention I am still waiting for a $199 PS3 before I buy one (if I do), which has yet to happen x.x

If anyone got a Xbox Live account, my gamertag there is Omnimaga. I don't play a lot, though, but sometimes I occasionally get online

i got an account.  agent84.  You can add me, but for some reason, my Ipod wont connect to the server, so I haven't played in weeks.. :(

btw on the games issue: I personally don't have any new console.  I only have a PS2, and some older Nintendo ones, and I'm happy with that.  However, I think that ipod apps are great, and are different than console games.  They are cheaper, so they are more accessible to more people, as long as they are willing to shell out 200 bucks on an ipod touch.  The ability to get the game at that instant is pretty cool, and the new handheld game consoles (DSi, PSP Go) are using that for new games.  I think the Itouch is the best thing out right now :P
