Starcraft 1:

Terran - Siege Tanks
Zerg - Mutalisks
Protoss -  Carriers

Starcraft 2:
Terran - Reaper
Zerg - Banelings, by far. Blowing up entire bases with hundreds of them is epic lulz. Even more if someone goes mass marine/hydras, banelings owns them hard. ;D
Protoss - Haven't played them yet

In SC1 I would like Infested Terrans more if they were easy to acquire. They pretty much do the same thing as banelings (suicide bombing).

I beat a Terran player who was so desperate he built a planetary in his main base.  I used a baneling bust :)  When they're use correctly I agree, banelings rock (still not my favorite though)

Lol yeah I noticed someone did that once. As for banelings they work well only vs some type of units so you must not waste them, else you run out of gas quick.

Oh yeah I always forget to research burrow when I go with something else than Infestors or Roaches X.x, exploding banelings rules during a mm push.

Btw it seems almost nobody ever use carriers anymore in SC2. Did they become useless or something?

Because they gets pwned by voids or mass vikings... D:
I thought some about countering mmm push even though I never tried it

Terran: Ghost/Raven might work(EMP the medivac and pwn them with seeker missiles) or nuke.
Zerg: Baneling mines(Unless they have Raven D: ) Infester might be a good idea too(fungal something)
Protoss: If you're really good with mouse, block their way with Sentry's force field and pwn them with colossi. Even easier, use HT to feedback on medivac/Raven and storm the s*** out of them. DT if they forgets the Raven.

Yeah true. I just wonder what they're useful for anymore because I really see nobody using them anymore.

When I use carrior, I make sure I get a lot of hallucination Voids so they will attack them first while carrior pwn them.

Another thing with Carriers: In SC1 against large units or vs buildings I found them more effective when targetting one at once. (unless they turtled with plenty of turrets and cannons)
