Yeah, but it deals awful damage. Plus you can Flame Wave then Wolf's Thunderbolt and Flame Wave again without for them to recharge since Flame Wave recharges so fast. I put the ice nuke at level 1 because the 2nd book has a HUGE AoE.

heh, got a GDF for 2.6 mil, the guy tried scamming me then i used guilt to haggle him down from 3mil.
