1. In mission Zero Hour, There is a lv 80 Tauro marine who will go into outhouse that will fly away to the space. If you find it, you'll see that outhouse often in space map or hyperion background
2. In main screen in SC2, if you click small circle under the logo lot of times, you'll move into The Cow Level chatroom.(Hey...I thought there was no cow level)

Hmm nice I didn't know about these, the only one I know of is /dance in a game that makes marines dance as Terran. I forgot if it works with other races, though.

apparently, dance works on:
Terran: Marine, Marauder(I think)
Zerg: Zergling. Ultralisk
Protoss: Zealot, High Templar

Well, there might be more, but I haven't test the others yet.

There must be some easter egg website somewhere. I'll need to do a search at one point. On the first starcraft I know there were plenty of cheats but they weren't easter eggs.

That reminds me, I think in one strategy game, there's a cheat code called All your base are belong to us, if I remember.

Ah right, and there was one to lose the game (not The Game) that said somebody set up us the bomb or something.
