Yeah true, what I think they could do is create a device that is much more powerful while being larger/not portable and require a TV, like the Wii, PS3 and 360. It would obviously be the same interface. It wouldn't be guaranteed to work, though, seeing what happened with Sega in the late '90s and what happened with the PS3 in its first 3 years (barely any game and lagging behind in sales, to a certain extent), plus they would need to charge a reasonable price so people buy it.
