I just wonder if anyone plays Metal Slug here

Not really, unfortunately, as I never got the chance to get a Neo Geo and when I got an handheld that could play Metal Slug I was kinda out of the gaming scene

Yeah I think around here most people are Mario fans with a few Sonic fans. Besides that it would be Half Life 2 and Starcraft
. I think the issue is that the Neo Geo consoles either never came out in North America or they never were popular. The original Neo Geo was apparently very expensive compared to the SNES and Sega Genesis. So we never got the chance to grow up with Metal Slug series :S

I love metal slug...I've only played a few of them, like MSX and MS4.
Wacky enemies, great gunplay, classic sidescrolling shooter...you cant go wrong.
