Back from the fleamarket in town. I spent €15. This is what I got:

€7  - Metroid prime 3 Corruption (wii) + Animal Crossing Wild World (DS)
€3  - Original gameboy with very little scratches + Speedy Gonzales (GB)
€1  - Midway arcade treasures (PS2)
€2  - Kingdom hearts (PS2)

Also some non gaming stuff:
€1 Scart switch box
€1 Usb fan for keeping me cool while coding :D

Yeah I guess there is a bit of luck involved, but it's like this every flea market I go to, so perhaps I am just good at making deals/spotting games I dunno.

Darn, when I bought Midway Arcade Treasures 3 for the Xbox in 2006 I think I paid $20 for it. Also flea markets here suck since sellers follow Ebay prices for retro games.

We got some of those here too. €40 for black ops 2 wii, €20 for mario galaxy wii etc. Just don't buy those. You can get them for far less.

€20 for a second-handed mario galaxy wii? I think I paid that for a new one when it was still sold in stores.

Actually over here, almost every Mario game are $20 or higher, no matter if it's for the NES, N64 or even Wii. I think the only ones that are lower are SMB1+DH, SMB+DH+WCTM, SMB2 and the three SNES educational games. Even the Mario sports games are hard to get under $20. Zelda is usually $40 or higher except the two gold NES cartridges.

By the way, look what I just found for $15 at the game store after work. I wonder if that thing ever got used, because it's almost like new! O.O

First day at college today. We had a little bit of an introduction talk thing at the beginning of the day and the next class was 4 hours later, so a friend of mine and I went to GameMania to search for some nice used games. He got a copy of final fight for the ps3 for €9 and I got:
Metroid prime 3 for €5
Already bought that game yesterday, but I got it so I can give it to a friend. It was too cheap to not buy.

Mad World for €5
Not played it yet, but people say it's a hidden gem. It's kind of like the hunger games, but with big men with chainsaw arms.

Guilty Gear X2 €7
It's awesome it's awesome it's awesome it's awesome. I need to get a classic controller now. It does not play super well with the wiimote.

I've heard Guilty Gear is great, but I've never had a chance to play it. Also, Final Fight? I wonder if the new one is any good? The old ones were excellent!

I saw it lying in the bin and I tought it looked cool, but I had never heard of it before. I really need to play some of the other fighters I bought lately.

That makes me wish that I picked up one of the Guilty Gear XX Core Plus at Dollarama for the PS2 last year. I came back a day later after checking reviews online (since over here, when a semi recent non-sports game is $2 it's very suspicious) and all copies were gone. It was $2 like every other PS2 game at Dollarama (all other games were Naked Brother Band, High School Musical and Little League Football).

Yeah. Since there were a bunch of copies left, someone probably spotted them after me then bought them all to resell them to EB Games afterward.

Man, I really want nice arcade sticks for both wii and ps2 now. Should consider buying an Xarcade tank stick.

I wonder if those are reliable? I know that certain joysticks are kinda bad, like old Atari ones. With my 2600 I prefer using my Sega Genesis game pad.

I also got Last Rebellion for PS3.
