Program transfer help

How do I transfer my programs I wrote on my calculator to the computer?

Then go to backup, choose your calc (must be connected :P) and select what you want to backup and what file to put it in.

Then Open TI-Connect when you calc is connected to the computer
and when it finds a cable, click on it and click Ok(?)
Then drag your files from the Ti connect screen to the computer desktop
And BOOM your programs are in the computer XD

guys, I know you all are axe 84+ programmers
But npsire student software is screwed
I keep on getting the error, "Connection with handhelds is unavailable because the library cannot be accessed. Try running the program again to fix this problem". I also got the same error with nspire link software after I downloaded it. So I can't put anything on my nspire.
Please Help! The release of ndless 3.0 is coming soon, and I want to be able to put it on my calc!

Does anybody know how to do this for the Nspire CX?

Edit: As in transferring from calculator to computer?
