Very strange... but does 1.15 work? If it still works, that could give us some clues as to why it's failing.

Google it (or use any other search engine), or use WebArchive.
We can't give it to you (assuming anyone has it), just like no one can post any of the old Nspire or 84+ OSes.

If i remember correctly, a friend of mine had a problem similar to this happen to him. Whenever you press Y= or Graph at the same time, either Ram clears would happen, garbage everywhere, or corruption. Often times it would just clear Ram on its own
I dont think we were ever able to fix it
Hopefully a new OS will solve your problem

Or if you find a site called Espace TI-83 Plus, I think they have OS 1.12 through 1.16 hosted. Not sure anymore, though. The site is in French.
Also I wonder if this could be the same issue as my 83+ is having but worse?

If I remember, the site linked to TI site for OS 1.16 but hosted 1.12 through 1.15 themselves. The site is no longer updated, though. (It's still online, btw, with the OSes, although the link to 1.16 is broken)

Thanks! I just downloaded OS 1.15, and I'll try it out later.
But if that doesn't work, perhaps TI-Cares could help? j/k
On a side note, I think I figured out what TI-Cares means:

It means they 'can' a response, then send it when you ask for help. (they just send out generic responses.)
On another note, OS 1.15 doesn't change anything, the keypresses will still crash it, and it also randomly RAM Clears as well... :'(
I wonder if TI-Cares would actually be able to help, or if I'd be better off trying to fix the calc myself....
