I think TI-Connect uploads to C:\Windows before copying it wherever it needs to go, so make sure it's allowed to copy there. Just a guess. I really have no idea.

Deep, no, it doesn't. Saintrunner, don't. C:\Windows is a system folder, and TI-Connect should never touch it unless you ask it to.
Anyway, I'm surprised nobody linked thepenguin77's guide, found at http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=76.
Try following that.
