Need help, Nspire CX Cas is not working.

My TI-Nspire CX Cas touchpad "klik" buttons dont work, the arrow thingy works, but i cant klik on anything and i cant move with it but i can like move the cursor so the touch thing works but the pressing buttion on the touchpad dont work, like with arrow keys you can. I just putted all games from the lua games http://www.ticalc.org/pub/nspire/lua/games/ and played snake, they worked fine, then i tried to play blockdude, they didnt work and dont wokr now on anything. I reinstalled OS, pressed reset button and not helping. Should i get this calculator to a reseller so he can send it to somewhere and they fix it? i have 3 years waranty

Do you mean that the up/down/left/right keys don't work at certain times?
Those buttons are actually one button, and trigger the corresponding key press (left, rigth, etc) by determining your finger position using the touchpad.
And because of this the touchpad doesn't work in some cases because you have both your fingers touching the touchpad. (it only likes one finger at the time)
I don't know if this is the case with you, but its a though at least :)

It worked fine for 2 weeks, and now the key dont work..

Well, then I think you have a hardware issue, and should bring it back.
Since you have 3 years warranty, I don't think this will be a problem :)

It sounds to me like your keypad is going out. Either take it back to the store, or find another one online. Since you're still in warranty, I'd just take it in for replacement.
