Title: NSC MP V4 Diag

I can't use my ti nspire cx because when i turn on the calculator I go to a diagnostic menu called NCS MP V4 and apparently I can´t exit from that menu.
Can someone help me?

While releasing the reset button on the back, press and hold the 3 following keys: Esc Menu Minus
(with Minus being the operator near Plus)

This should bypass the Diagnostic Software autolaunch.
What do you get then?

I reset several times and today I was able to re-enter in the normal menu.
Problem solved.
