Nspire Help

Well, as many of you may know, I won an Nspire Clickpad in TI-Concours. So it looks like I will have to buy an Nspire. (great excuse to buy a calculator :P)
So I have a few questions:

1) What Models do the clickpad work on?
2) Which of those would you recommend/not recommend?
3) Is there anything else I should know before buying an Nspire?

1. The Origional Light blue Nspire or the 2nd version, which is dark blue.
2. IDK, I own a light blue one, but since the clickpad is light blue, it will fit with the light blue calc.
3. not much realy, a good calculator

1. If by "clickpad" you mean the clickpad keypad, I think it works on Clickpad and Touchpad models.
2. I'd probably recommend the Touchpad over the Clickpad, because to move the cursor on a Clickpad you have to hold don the arrow button while on the Touchpad you just swipe your finger.
3. Don't buy a CAS+ or anything off EBay and the like where it's a stock photo only. Some sellers don't include the slide case or only one keypad. Also, some sellers won't tell you if it's the EZ-Spot student edition (yellow back and slide case).

The TI-Nspire and the TI-Nspire CAS? (Just making sure)

Yes, I mean clickpad keypad. Are there any other differences between the touchpad/clickpad models?

no TI-Nspire CAS dosent support removeable keypads, the 2nd one is a darkblue and white, like the regular CX, but with the aircraft carrier body style.
If you are getting an actual clickpad keypad, it dosent realy matter

all of the keypads interchangable, but the clickpad only comes in a light blue.
specs that may matter:
light blue: Memory: 20 MB storage memory / 16MB operating memory
dark blue: Memory: 15 MB storage memory / 32MB operating memory

That makes a lot of more sense. I'm finally starting to understand it now. :D

EDIT: I'm seriously considering buying this one, so please feed me some info about it. (like, is is compatible with the clickpad)

No, it is a CAS device, so you can not interchange keypads

Wait, by "Nspire Clickpad", I think you actually have an Nspire with a Clickpad, not only a keyboard. Clickpad is only said so you know it is not a Touchpad. So I'd advise you to wait for your prize to come before buying.

True. Maybe you're actually getting an entire calculator. Also on top of that some TI-Nspire Clickpad calcs also come with a 84+ keypad.

Yes, I asked critor, and he said I won the calculator+clickpad. :D

Oh great you got the 2007-09 bundle :D (the one with both keypads). The keypad to the left was no longer provided with the calculator after the Touchpad came out.
