Isn't that page reserved for the OS? The only program that I know uses it is the new version of TI-Boy SE, which does things in very hackish ways and replaces parts of the OS...

I think it wasn't before, or only a small portion did and could be backed up in a SafeRAM area. People could use it if they want with no problem, until 2.55MP arrived.

I installed a copy of 1.7 I downloaded a while ago and decided to update to ndless 1.7 and os 1.7, didn't turn out to good :banghead: The touchpad calculator doesnt work with ndless even with the clickpad I have been using with 1.1. I kept 1.1 and reverted back to it, but now am stuck with ndless 1.7 which seems to only work with 1.7! Can someone give me a copy of ndless 1.1?

Ps. cant wait for 2.1 (touchpad :) ) support on ndless!

Since then I've made it use the swap sector instead, which should work on all OS versions past and future :)

Ndless 1.1 isn't officially supported any more, so newer programs won't work with it. If you really want it, you can get it here: http://ti.bank.free.fr/index.php?mod=archives&ac=voir&id=1645

Thanks, old OS's were getting extremely old and I noticed unsupported by new programs as you said.

If you have a TI-Nspire CAS TouchPad, you should get Ndless for the OS 1.3/1.4, which will work.

If you have a basic TI-Nspire TouchPad, you can make OS 1.7 work with a clickpad keypad.

Apparently, TI-83 Plus Flash Debugger/SDK no longer comes with calc ROMs. When Advent downloaded the SDK from TI website, he got told he needs the ROM of the TI calc to run it. O.O

I remember they used to be included, as .clc files. O.O

No change. The version is still 1.0 build 29, the file is still 4.15Mb large, and it still contains the ROMs.


The only difference, is that depending upon your browser, TI forces you to accept a license, saying that you have to own a legal ROM copy (for example a calculator), in order to use the SDK (and the included ROMs).

Anyway, the SDK uses a special CLC format for the ROMs. The ROM files available on the Internet or dumped by TiLP for example won't work with the SDK without being hex-edited.

Oh ok because the guy on IRC said he got a message about the ROM requirement and stuff. I guess I got confused because he didn't specify it was in the license and because I did not see that license appear.

That was rather scary nonetheless, though.
