I think he just wanted to install the CAS OS on a non-CAS model or he simply just wanted to upgrade to the latest OS for his model. However, if he's gonna do the former, he will probably not receive much help on calc forums and if he does the latter, he should wait until a solution is found in order to ensure that it's possible to downgrade from the new OS without extra hardware (I hope a new version of TNOC can solve the issue).
