clarification: the touchpad and the arrows are not working everything else is
i was playing pokemon emerald when this happened. i tried reboot, nlaunch switching oses not results >:( :( ??? :-[ :/ :'(
can someone help me

I suppose arrows don't work either ?
Your best bet is to reboot into diagnostics and do the touchpad test. Too lazy to link you to a tut but someone else will.

I did that through esc+menu+-???
it failed, so what should i do now
edit: so if the test failed is it a good idea to reinstall the os and see if it works ???
i am worried that if i do that i may end up losing nlaunch functionality so i didn’t try that

If the test itself fails and it doesn't work after that then your touchpad is most likely dead. :/

??? so thats means i better get going to get a new one cuz the tab and other buttons are a bit messy so i guess it the end of this nspire

I wonder if that could be caused by Ndless or just a defective touchpad?
-
There hasn't been any such hw failure report caused by Ndless since it exists.
critor tells me he did saw this once, but unrelated to Ndless.
So this is either a very rare crash messing with the hw, or just bad luck.

Ok good. Although I notice that most of the time it's nspires that have hardware or software failures in the community lately, but this might be due to how many people who got the calc (the failure rate is definitively much lower than the HP 49g Keypad and 39gII software).

i got an emergency ti 84+ since that was the only one available in the market at this time :P
