TI-Nspire Flash Problem?
« on: September 26, 2021, 08:49:18 pm »
My TI-Nspire Touchpad slowly fills up its storage each time it views a folder. I don't think this is a known bug, so is there any way to fix this? Or am I screwed?

Nope, this is intended. The flash is on RAM, not NAND. This is to make sure that the files aren't corrupted or something isn't overwritten before it saves to the NAND flash

After trying to fill up my calc using that strange "ghost" KB, I've found out after filling it with about 1 MB of the stuff, the calc defrags or something and goes back down a MB. I'm glad it's not a bug, but it feels kind of like a stopgap measure to have it correct itself after 1 MB, not stopping it from happening in the first place.

Thanks again, Lakz
