Exactly like on a real 84+, you put in the 84+ keypad so it is in 84+ mode, and transfer files with 84+ linking software over either USB or link port, and run them exactly the same way, with the exact same shells.
yeah i figured, ty :)
but now i got a bigger problem: ill quote it : it about data transfer
yeah problem is ti connect doesnt work,
ti nspire student software works, but as the name says only for nspire.

Ti connect can find my 84 but not ti nspire, oh the compatibility!
But it cant communicate, tried normal + a cable i used before, both still give the error.
so i cant even put the file in..

the not communicating part is for the 84+

So TiLP works with Nspires in 84+ mode? I remember hearing the USB emulation on-calc was inaccurate...

Yeah, when in 84+ mode, the oldest OS versions (at least 1.1) expose the USB PID of a 89T. This has never been worked around in libti*/tilp, since this OS version is severely outdated anyway.

@runeazn:Many of your posts are somewhat unclear, even after your edits. That is part of the reason why you got the response you did.

In regards to where you can find community written programs, I'd suggest looking in checking under Our projects. There are a few Nspire programs in that board. You can also look to see what our members are currently working on under Other calc-related Projects. Ticalc.org is also an excellent archive/news site that has programs for all Texas Instruments Calculators. Finally I'd like to say; welcome to Omnimaga! :)

Finding ROMs in the first place is up to you, regardless of content. Someone might mistakenly post a ROM hack, which is also illegal to post without a patch. Just find it yourself.
AS YOU CAN SEE I EDITED THE POST FOR MISUNDERSTANDING? before you
i refresh the page and then i see your "intimidating" message, which i already tried to prevent.

So dont start bashing me on it as i do know what i do wrong,
as i started editing at 17:30 something directly after my post?
and you do some ninja actions to post asap while i already was doing my work.

anyway does somebody got some fun games?
that are custom made?
Don't get snarpy with my for doing my job. I am a moderator here, you know, and you were asking about illegal content, which I'm perfectly at liberty to reprimand you for. Last warning.

As for finding homebrew gameboy games, you won't find many here, as our users are more dedicated to calculators. For "homebrew" calculator games, you should look at ticalc for a large list of games for all calculators. You can use TiLP to send games and such to any calculator.
The problem here is that he was not even asking for ROMs in his last few posts. First he asked where to find Tetris, unless it was in emulator, meaning he only wanted the link if the game was ported by somebody from the TI community, not if it was a GB game. He only asked for ROMs once. Also you were rude by warning him, especially that they were false accusations, so I could understand him becoming angry. Please don't start pulling kllrnohjs on new members here.

Remember Omnimaga is meant to be free of hostility towards newcomers and we especially do not want the same thing to happen to runeazn and other new members as what happened to Netham45 and Harold on another forum.

As for homebrew ROMs, someone could link to one if that site only contains IPS patches, but otherwise you would need to search.

As for homebrew tns games, you need to check ticalc.org, omnimaga downloads section or ti-bank (french). All those places got a few games. There are not a lot for Ndless, though, because C and ASM are much harder to program for than Lua it seems.

Anyway welcome on the forums and I hope you enjoy your stay.

Welcome on the forums NuriSahin12. Could you explain your problem in more details, so it is easier to help you?

I think you have to convert the files to tns. Did you read the readme for the emulator?

You must add a .tns extension at the end of the file. So PokemonRed.gb would become PokemonRed.gb.tns.
