It is removable, but replacing it would definitely require sending to TI for fixing. A number I found via the TI facebook page on a similar post on replacing the plastic screen is this: 1-800-842-2737Judging from the comment, it is definitely replaceable, you're in luck!

Such a question shouldn't pose any problems
What's this screenguard we're talking about? Is it the cover or is it some other accessory?
Are there screen protectors available for the Nspire by the way? Preferably not from TI, because TI would probably charge $79.99 each, but it could be handy for some people.
