TI Nspire Rechargeable Battery
« on: April 30, 2011, 06:22:15 am »
I'm fed up with buying AAA batteries so frequently. So, I've decided to buy a rechargeable battery.

I can't buy them in my country, so I'll probably buy them from Amazon. However, I found two similar products by Amazon and not sure if they're the same.

I have a TI Nspire Touchpad (no CAS).

I found these two links:

http://www.amazon.com/Graphing-Calculator-Touchpad-Rechargeable-Battery/dp/B003Y91IEQ/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1304158546&sr=8-8

http://www.amazon.com/Texas-Instruments-N2-2L1-Rechargeable/dp/B003ICXCGQ/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1304158546&sr=8-6

The latter one has reviews and trust it, but the other one is cheaper. Which one am I looking for? Because I have a Touchpad... Thanks.

Are they the same price as the one from TI. I'd go with what ever one seems to be most expensive because that will obviously be the TI product.

I got mine from TI so I'm not sure which

If you check the links, you can see they were both uploaded by TI, that's what's making me doubtful.

I'm not sure then. They both look like the same thing, but I'm always cautious when there are two identical products for the same price on the internet

EDIT: I meant different price. I not good at posting this early

If you'd carefuly looked, you would've seen:
"Ships from and sold by The Price Pros." for the 1st
"Ships from and sold by Beach Audio." for the 2nd

Hope this helps. :D

hey, TI makes its hardware fine. Why would we care about asm if the hardware was crap? It's their programming that sucks.

Besides, it's actually just a standard Li-Ion battery, with regular connectors. I bet even the official ones aren't really made by TI.
