What are they? It's obvious what video is, but how do you add one, if you can? If not, maybe TI are adding video support in a later firmware? I can't see the point myself, really...

What's PublishView Text Box for?

Interesting thing you've found here. I believe the text boxes are palces where you can format the text like ina text editor and it will be intersting to see if and what TI does with that video thing

What's PublishView Text Box for?

To use publishview go to file >new publish... Then you drag "text box" to the page and you tape what you want then file>convert>tinspire
Then open a new file (CTRL N) and you drag your publishview doc from his directory to your new file.
Then you can save and put it to your TI nspire.
Hope I've helped ;D

Holy necropost batman! :O

The person might possibly have gotten his problem solved since he posted this 1.5 years ago, but I still wonder what are PublishView text box. As for the video thing, could this have been some new feature TI planned to add to their softwares?

As many of you might know, Texas Instruments is largely education oriented.
The videos and text boxes, and really all of publish view, is meant for learning and preparing lessons. I believe it is meant for teachers to send students the publish view document, and then students use the information given, and graphs and calculators, to explore the new topic.
Kind of like how when you learn about conics, they might show images of sliced cones.
