Does anyone here enjoy watching American Idol -- or willing to admit it? :ph43r:

I watch it along with my family. Yeah... it can be pretty cheesy at times and too much advertising. :oops:

But, there is always at least one singer that really catches my attention that makes the whole thing worthwhile.

This season it is Taylor Hicks -- the "old" gray headed guy from Alabama. This guy can sing! He is amazing. :woot:

Is that like the Star Academy reality TV show here in Quebec? Nope I'm not watching it, because the music they have isnt my style at all, my mother listen to it tho

I think it makes great sense, it will help those who have the talent to sing get jobs/carrers as singers. But yeah I enjoy watching the show with my family. Taylor is great, though I don't believe he will win, as he may not be perseaved as the "image" of a Idol....I think I like the one guy that has his head shaved and yet has a beard (a thing one). He can sing good and also there is someone who looks like the Nirvana singer Kurt Cobane? He is good also.

I watched some audition episodes and laughed at the guys who THOUGHT they could sing. (I know, I'm evil.)

Then we are all evil! The worst one, but I liked was the guy who sang a Silverstein song (grunts like dethmetal kinda).

I hope he wins or chris! I am more for chris though! He kinda reminds me of Vin Disel (spelling?), well a smaller version
