Welp, just two days ago or so I bought a rubik's cube and I've already learned the beginner method.
My best time is 2:11, and my average is around 2:30. I've only just begun to do the whole inspection thing to think out forming the first layer's cross.

I want to learn the Fredrich/CFOP method, so what sites/references would you guys recommend ?
Also, are there any good household lubricants I can use that won't ruin my cube (like DW-40), or do I have to order them?

I wish my cube wouldn't get jammed when I try to turn a side when an adjacent side is slightly misaligned :(

thats WD-40 i believe, and I guess any lubricant that works for plastics would do it...I don't think I've ever thought of lubricating it...hmmmm

My best time is about 1:20.  I'm not too good.  But my cube's really good and fast.  Although one of the green stickers came off, and now I have a cubie with two adjacent white sides.  :P

Spoiler For =====My Projects=====:
Minor setback due to code messing up.  On hold for Contest.

Same with me, except that I have about eight cubes that all suck. One of them is a bit better than the rest, but then I suck, so I've never done any better than about a minute and a half.

I taught myself to solve completely intuitively with no help, so i feel the time is pretty good ;)

My best time is 32 seconds and avg is 45.
I'm trying to learn CFOP...
And for lubricant, silicube.com inexpensive and pretty good
I'm more into collecting and solving than speedsolving i've found.  I own more than 50 puzzles.
