I would say the Nspire, but mainly because I'm a Lua freak.

I think I am going to keep my TI 84 + SE, and sell my TI 83 + to pay towards a PRIZM.

I guess the reason the Ti-89 had only one vote(by me :D) was because hardly anybody owns one. I guess a PRIZM is in many ways better, but if you ever own a ti-89, you'll know why I voted for it ;)

Since you already have a Z80 calc. I'd recommend the Prizm. The TI-89 is a really nice calc., but it's not nearly as popular as it used to be, and TI seem hellbent on *trying* to locking down the nSpire.
