Has anyone here had a recursive dream, where you dreamt you were dreaming, and woke up twice?
Yeah, but unfortunately, I woke up from a nightmare into a nightmare. In fact, I was nightmaring and woke up into "the nightmare is reality" if you want, so when I woke up for real, I was quite happy.
Did you ever dream that you died ? It happened to me when I was 10 years old (A cowboy put me a knife in the arm and I died ???). It is funny, you try to get up but nothing ;D

Sorry if I answer with something that seems unrelated, English is not my primary language and I might not have understood well. Sorry if I make English mistakes too.

You may have still been under sleep paralysis.
I've died, but not as "me", as some character named Cody. The even weirder part was that there was narration after that. I'll share later.

Also, on the subject of reality checks, I've heard digital clocks have bizzare dream behavior.

These are called False Awakenings .... they suck ... had a daisy chain of ~3 one morning....waking up writing dreams down...to wake up again to do it again sucks so much xD.

as for clocks they are stable for me now. as i want them to be ,when i first started they were not stable though and work really well as a reality check if you are always on the computer and such in your dreams. as you have a nice clock right there for you :P

i have died in a dream before. but for me i can feel pain in my dreams so normally it hurts so much i wake up. or i just black out and wake up happened twice once in each scenario so yeah ^_^ need to work on getting to the void when that happens xD

Do you all feel pain in your dreams?

I do sometimes. I know I also have taste and touch in dreams as well.

Sleep Paralysis while awake SUCKS. You feel trapped in your body and it can be terrifying. :s

Spoiler For IMPORTANT NEWS!:
Late last night, Quebec was invaded by a group calling themselves, "Omnimaga". Not much is known about these mysterious people except that they all carried calculators of some kind and they all seemed to converge on one house in particular. Experts estimate that the combined power of their fabled calculators is greater than all the worlds super computers put together. The group seems to be holding out in the home of a certain DJ_O, who the Omnimagians claim to be their founder. Such power has put the world at a standstill with everyone waiting to see what the Omnimagians will do...

Wait... This just in, the Omnimagians have sent the UN a list of demands that must be met or else the world will be "submitted to the wrath of Netham45's Lobster Army". Such demands include >9001 crates of peanuts, sacrificial blue lobsters, and a wide assortment of cherry flavored items. With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...

Sleep Paralysis while awake SUCKS. You feel trapped in your body and it can be terrifying. :s

only because you are not used to it. after you have been in it a few times and get to relize it can not hurt you it becomes a great launch pad for OBE's and LD's depending on your fancy ^_^

I'm never in any control during my dreams. It's more like I experience them after the fact. Maybe it's something having to do with being a catboy. I dunno.

Or actually sleeping well/through the rem cycle. this happens to me when i do not wake up on a rem cycle. and almost always upon remembering a dream.

Feeling like you were aware in it and such is tricky to me. as of how i remember them is like you i experienced it after i dreamt it...disconnectedness

I usually have 99.5% control in my dreams... Nightmares are not scary for me anymore. I am inside and can fight back so...

??? You are too much powerful !!! (wat?)
Me, I have no control. But when I think "I hope that spider won't attack me" it always attack me. Some sort of control but not very accurate. Sometimes, I totally control my dreams but it is not very frequent.

Funny :) I personally control a lot of dreams, but it's also cool when we're spectactors

When I mean spectactor I don't mean first-person, I mean full control of camera, but no control of action, super rare.

yeah was not sure which you meant as some people clarify spectator/third person together with dreams..sounds interesting though really does....sounds like a movie actually...just a much better version of "3d" xD

Indeed, pretty cool. I would love to have one of this dreams where I'm a detective and I have to find the murderer :D It would be epic!
