I missed this topic. :S

Yeah, it seems calcmaniac projects can get a good share of traffic to Omnimaga. But we are getting many posts activity and new projects, too.
How is the traffic in the recent weeks?

To me, it's seemed to go back up in the last two/three days.

Yep, it seems the flux of traffic in and out of Omnimaga is a constantly shifting and morphing entity that can be neither predicted nor controlled O.o

Yeah I noticed activity suddently went up again.

From what I gather, we will most likely have less traffic this month and slightly less posts, especially that it's a 28 days month too, but unless I am wrong, it seems like it shifts from normal activity like we had on the old board in late 2006 and 2007, then suddently spike in the 100s a day.

The posts seem to be when there are interesting projects and progresses.
And when there is discussion still vigorous going on. Maybe it stabilizes after a while or when we get more members...

When there aren't a lot of projects updates, discussion tends to be focused on only a few topics and activity slowly goes down until projects progresses again. That makes me wonder, I hope calc84maniac posts some more F-Zero/Project M progress or maybe some Nspire stuff soon :P

Yeah, he has stopped the calc projects frenzy... Maybe *because* the POTY is only in the end of the year.

Lol, I doubt it. Knowing him, he's most likely busy atm, while working on a secret project like usual. Last year he came up with F-Zero, his raycaster and TI-Boy SE and they alerady had progress when he showed them. I wouldn't be surprised if he was currently messing around with Nspire stuff or rewriting Project M or F-Zero to run faster or something :P. Also IIRC he did some work on TI-Boy SE too at one point. Either way, those who don't frequent IRC often (or the logs) most likely missed those:

(now you know from where the non-rendered 3D link in our new banner comes from :P. Note: the last one appears to have more than 16 shades of gray because he used dithering, also the FPS count is wrong. IIRC he said it was more like 70 instead of 100. I assume it would be much faster if he didn't use that many triangles)

Wow, that's awesome!  Calc84, if you're working on something secret then I'm sure it's great! ;D

That should give attention to Omnimaga forums again. ;D

I am also waiting for Brandon Wilson's secret project. See his website.

I am really curious what it is. I wouldn't be surprised if it was something big for the Nspire that works with ExtendeD's exploit or a new OS for either the Nspire or the TI-73, 83+, 84+ series

Lol, maybe, and also with the new multi theme support, we can see hidden post texts :P (especailly with the 3rd theme that looks like the old board we had on Invisionfree)

That is why I use very small font to hide.

SMF doesn't have a spoiler BBcode?
Maybe a quote or code box with font colour corresponding to the box do the job. I will try.
