Kevin, I thought you might appreciate this. That's right, Presiden Bush signed into law a bill that makes it illegal to annoy someone on the internet, unless you do so under your real name.

what I am curious about is how they catch people doing that illegally? Do they scan their IP addresses and get their home address with this and go there?
