Hey anyone remember this game?
http://www.duke.edu/~mfc5/HOVER.htm
Came with the windows 95 disk.
Old raycasted 3D game I used to play a lot when I was a little kid. Back when windows 95 was new and 3d games were like O_O
.

fun game but the keyboard keys doesnt do anything, I mean A, S and D, nothing happens when I press them.
-
you have to have powerups for them to do anything- look at your dashboard. a is spring, s is wall and d is cloak if I'm not mistaken. Collect the green balls to get them.
-
Yeah this is a nice game. Fun with the falling down off the edges.
-
w00t fun and kinda addicting ^^ too bad the levels always look the same though :(
-
I loved that game :woot:
, still have it and cant beat level 15! :dang:

AHH!!! I thought this was a project thread!!! lol, would be cool :P

hey, some one shoud remake it in asm for the TI!
-
that might be an interesting idea, or even in BASIC if it is done right
-
... only with restrictions... and in BASIC? nearly undoable... maybe on 68k ^^
-
68k would be really easy to do it on. :o The fat engine should work great.
@4ce_labs: you only got to level 15? O_O
When I was a little kid, I was up in the 30's and when I recently found it again, I got up to level 23 without dying. :o

Hover rules, there is no argument on this fact. I remember being thrilled that it was included with the windows 95 disk that I had.
-
Oh, woops I lied. I think I only made it to level 19 without dying. :)
