move over AOL and Microsoft, we have another evil company on the loose! These bastards control just about every online job application out there in the U.S. Filling out applications takes long enough as it is, but adding 20 MINUTES for a g***amn personality test is just lazy and inescusable. Its reported that only 25% of the test takers fail the test so it is valuable for narrowing the job search is their only response. well, WHAT ABOUT THOSE 25 f***ING PERCENT THAT CANT FIND JOBS BECAUSE OF YOUR f***ING CORPORATION?? worse yet, some states plan to implement this test in highschools and even colleges!! i was fooled out of a job once because of this s*** but thats as far as i let it go. my tip if you are forced to take this test is to ONLY chose answers that are socially encouraging and ONLY use the choices that say strongly. all of the tests are the same, so find the pattern and youre in. Look Unicru, im not a thief or overly angry person (unless its a rant), so you better not f***in treat me like one. of course, thats just my opinion, i could be wrong.
