Good to hear (or read, technically). :D
-
w00t nice to see you back! I hope you get your calc then :D
will it be a v200?
-
I'm deciding to get a TI-89 Titanium... A larger audience for my games, and more games to play, so it's all good, right? :P
Just have to get all my work in.
-
^^
and add some TI-83 aSM games to that, since theres a TI-83 emulator for TI-89 that run a few games
-
i wouldn't say it's a larger audience. It really depends on where you live ^^
did ticalc.org ever do a poll on which calcs ppl own?
-
in europe most ppl use TI-89 it seems, especially in france and germany, over here and usa its mostly TI-83+
-
I think he meant larger audience as opposed to the V200. :)

If you didn't program before, I recommend starting with the TI-89's built-in BASIC: the language is surprisingly flexible (it has functions and pointers!), the editor is great, it has a built-in function reference, everything you need :)
