I just got one today too. I hesitated a long while before shelling away $184.99, though. On top of that in retail stores over here it's $194.99 O.O

That website is documentation of the TI specific part of Lua, you will need a general tutorial if you've never used Lua.

This is how I learned it: First these two tutorials to give me an idea of what Lua's like, then this awesome reference guide for the rest of it. Hope that helps :)
