What the hell?
I just noticed that you banned me?
Okay, then can you delete my account? Your rules are way too harsh. If
TICALCS had rules that harsh, then allynfolksjr would've been banned a long
time ago. So delete the account "Vladik".

Hello, before I delete your account, I would appreciate if you at least read the suspension notice, which clearly state that the ban ends on June 26th (which means the suspension/ban expired approximately 1.5 months ago) and why it was setted up.
The reason why I suspended you for 3 days is because you flamed all 83+ BASIC programmers on the board by laughing at them, which was innapropriate. Everyone has the choice to program whatever calc they want, with whatever language they want, without having to get badmouthed or laughed at about it. On top of that you posted that innapropriate message directly in a thread exclusively related to 83+ BASIC (you said "GAH! 83+ BASIC programmers! Lol" IIRC), and it wasnt needed at all, most of the people didnt liked it at all. I find it unfair that you say that the rules are too harsh, I am just trying to have a community free of flame and you dont seems to care at all about my sensitiveness and how I hate flaming.
And the actual Omnimaga forum rules (excluding the part that was added after the ban about signature and invisionfree)

NOTE: The following rules applies to both forums and IRC channel
At Omnimaga we want everyone to enjoy their stay. We do not welcome troublemakers and we want the forums to be clean of flames. Please do not be rude with others for any reason and please be constructive when commenting on other people's work and avoid complaining about the resources they use to make their projects (programs, routines, editors, programming language, etc). Also when providing constructive criticism please provide it in a nice way, without being mean. We have seen this happen on other forums and we don't want this to happen here. It will result in an immediate warning, a kick, a post edit and possibly a ban. We want this community to be nice and people to have a good experience.
Regarding other forum/IRC behavior, no spam is allowed, except in the spam forum, which is here for that. Double-posting should not be abused, as it will be considered as spam as well. No porn, commercial mp3s, ROMs, warez and other illegal stuff will be tolerated on the forums and channel. Avoid controversed debates like religion as well as it will prompt some people to break the first rule more.
Any form of impersonation or duplicate accounts on the forums will result in a ban of both accounts and IP ban, same for ban evasion.
I would deal with this in private, but I need other people opinions as well. I wouold like to ask if I was fair with those rules and the ban and if my rules are really that harsh?

It wasnt too harsh, I thought we had already determined that he really doesn't like anyone other than himself anyways?? He got mad at me because I was posting updates about my site every 2 or 3 days, which ended up in a triple post, and He tried to tell me that that was inappropriate, like I was somekind of n00b... I think the only n00b here is vladick...

I don't think Vladik is a bad person, it is just that he is often rude without knowing it. He just thought it wasn't fair that you banned him, because he didn't think what he did was rude. I probably would have just given Vladik a warning, but I suppose a three-day suspension isn't really bad.

I just don't see how people can get so belligerent over programming languages... That's like someone who speaks English laughing at a person who speaks Spanish... makes no sense.

wtf @ vladek- I though you dudes made up or something a long time ago. o.o
I don't like taking sides in personal conflicts and I can see how a ban, even though old could make one angry I suppose.
Anyways
all you really have to do to not get banned is to be nicer to basic programmers methinks. There are quite a few good basic games within the gigantic and ever growing pile of n00b ones. (though many of them you have to have an SE to truly enjoy)

Considering that I've been banned for two years so far here, I think that a 3 day ban that expired before he even realized was set is fair. I think that complaining a ban that didn't affect you in the least bit is a little strange, if you ask me.
